Pricing FAQs

Can I pay for a subscription monthly?
Yes you can request monthly billing, however paying in installments will incur an admin and finance pricing adjustment.

How and when do I pay?
When we receive your contact email we will contact you to firm up your requirements and thereafter send you a Tax Invoice for payment. Payment is required before you take receipt of your documents. After your trial, subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.

Can I buy an employment agreement without a subscription?
Yes. One-time is a single transaction purchase of an employment agreement, letter of offer and position description for a single role and candidate.

Why do I need a subscription?
A subscription includes ongoing access to your firm-branded platform to create, save and manage unlimited custom employment agreements; offer letters and agreement variation letters customised to your firm. You can also utilise our 100% end-to-end paperless process with digital signing and cloud filing. Your document clauses are also automatically updated with changes to NZ employment law and employee minimum entitlements. You can also access and manage your firm’s position description library and share access with an employee to the final documents and your workplace policies.

How do I receive my documents?
One-off documents are prepared for you and emailed to you ready for signing. Subscribers can utilise our 100% end-to-end paperless offer process with digital signing and cloud filing of employee accepted offers. You can also download documents as either draft or final (which can include your digital signature) ready to send to the candidate/employee.

Can I change my plan at anytime?
Yes. Let us know of your desire to change and it will be actioned the same day. Billing will be updated from the date of your request.

Can I cancel my plan at anytime?
Yes. Let us know of your desire to cancel and the account access will end at the end of the billing cycle. Returning subscribers can resubscribe at $129 +GST per month.
